- aquascrap - v. Dragging the Aquaskipper back to the dock after a failed attempt at aquaskipping
- aquasink - v. To sink on the aquaskipper, which usually happens immediately after stepping off of the dock.
- aquaskip - v. The art of propeling oneself across the surface of the water on the Aquaskipper by means of a continuous bouncing pattern
- Aquaskipper - n. A human powered hydrofoil. Also sometimes called the Aquascrapper, Aquasinker, or Aquastinker.
- aquastink - v. To fail at an attempt to aquaskip.
- Chuckles - n. An orange golf cart that is used for hauling stuff on the mainland
- finger buddies - n. Kind of like a BFF Adirondack style
- gamp - n. A small fiberglass boat
- Gary Lee - n. (1) An extremely knowledgable naturalist and writer; (2) n. A local hero; (3) n. Caretaker of loon chicks
- loon chicks - n. baby loons
- Lur - n. Who knows? Just some sound that Amanda and Andrea could not stop making one year...
- Sagamore - n. (1) A great camp which belonged to the Vanderbilt family from 1901-1954; (2) v. but I don't even know her
- Screaming Eagle - n. The local pizza place in Inlet. They also make great fruit pies there.
- the blueberry - n. A boat that was purchased inexpensively because it was involved in an tragic accident in which a fisherman was killed
- the Mule - n. An all-terrain vehicle used for hauling stuff on Goff Island
- tin room - n. (1) a Medieval torture chamber; (2) the Tin Man's bedroom; (3) the Smith Island linen closet
